Apparel Exchange Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

  • Complete unboxing video from start to end without cuts, pauses, or edits
  • Clear images of the product
  • Clear images of outer packaging and shipping label
  • Order ID and customer details

Claims submitted without complete unboxing video proof may be rejected.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package condition
  • Full opening process
  • Product inside package
  • Visible issue, damage, defect, or incorrect item

Edited, incomplete, unclear, interrupted, or tampered videos may not be accepted as valid proof.


Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for exchange approval:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice must remain intact
  • Product must not show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery
  • Product must pass inspection after return

All exchange requests remain subject to verification and approval by WearDecoded.


Replacement & Stock Availability

If an exchange request is approved, We will attempt to provide replacement of the same product.

If the same product, size, color, or design is unavailable or permanently out of stock, WearDecoded may:

  • Offer store credit
  • Offer replacement with similar value
  • Issue refund where replacement is not operationally possible

Such decisions shall be based on product availability, operational feasibility, and verification of the request.


Shipping Charges

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product cases caused by Our error, replacement shipping support may be arranged by WearDecoded.

Customers may still be required to cooperate with return pickup or shipping instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Non-Eligible Cases

Accounts or orders associated with repeated fraudulent claims, policy abuse, or suspicious activity may be restricted, canceled, or refused future service.
